How long will it take to receive my hits?

Generally, your hits will begin within 1-3 days of purchase. Please allow up to 30 to 40 days to complete your campaign. The 30 day campaigns do take 30 to 40 days. (If we have enough Visitor Inventory, Your Campaign may end before 30 days) The FastBlast campaigns run much quicker.

My stats don't always show as many visitors as I bought, why?

The is the most common cause is the lack of server resources your stats reside on. In order to maximize the effectiveness of ANY stats program, a MINIMUM of 512mb of RAM must be installed on that server. Another common cause is that a lot of sites use free hit counters or those found within FrontPage. These have a specific bandwidth limit and once the bandwidth for a particular time is filled then the rest of the hits will not be registered. This is the reason why we track the visitors on our servers as well.
